At Think Timber, we’re passionate about sustainability, excellence, and building strong customer relationships.
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Account Executive to join our collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively source and secure new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and consultative sales.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activity, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Support sales strategies and collaborate across the team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- A motivated, confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Industry experience in timber, staircases, or construction (a plus, not essential).
- An individual with proven Outbound and Inbound Sales experience.
🚗 A driving license is essential for occasional customer visits.
