At Think Timber, we’re passionate about sustainability, excellence, and building strong customer relationships.

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Account Executive to join our collaborative team.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively source and secure new business through outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and consultative sales.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activity, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Support sales strategies and collaborate across the team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • A motivated, confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Industry experience in timber, staircases, or construction (a plus, not essential).
  • An individual with proven Outbound and Inbound Sales experience. 

🚗 A driving license is essential for occasional customer visits.
