Craig Avramovic – Office Manager, Think Timber
Joining the business in January 2024, Craig Avramovic is one of the newest members of the Think Timber team. Craig is a staircase expert, having worked in the industry for more than 16 years. With experience in manufacturing and machining, Craig is uniquely positioned to provide unrivalled technical support, something he believes is essential in today’s market, he explains:
“Think Timber is a unique business. It’s easy to say that and another to do it. But, it’s one of the things everyone here lives by. Some customers will know exactly what they want. They understand the product, the specification and we supply the materials. Others don’t. That’s where my role becomes so important.”
Responsible for many aspects of day-to-day management, including coordinating with suppliers, taking orders and advising customers on technical enquiries, Craig’s experience is invaluable, enabling us to deliver our added value proposition, he continues:
“We don’t just sell products. We work with customers to create successful partnerships. What that looks like will depend on the customer, but we’re always on hand to help and provide additional support – that’s the Think Timber difference. I have no problem with a customer calling and asking questions, the same way we aren’t afraid to challenge if we think there’s a better way of doing things. It works both ways. We want our customers to succeed and that mission starts with those conversations.
“Too often in our industry, suppliers are just after a sale. We see it differently. We take the time to understand customers’ businesses and their challenges. The result is long-term, meaningful relationships where both parties win. We supply better quality, more innovative products. And our customers save money and get the solution that fits them best. That’s the attitude of everyone at Think Timber and it has led us to be the innovative and strategic business we are today.”
