We are on the hunt for a National Sales Manager, would you like to join our growing team?

 

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

The main purpose of the National Sales Manager position involves full responsibility and sales growth of Think Timber’s accounts. It’s a challenging opportunity to increase and improve Think Timber’s exposure within the market place whilst identifying new sales opportunities to maximise sales and margin potential.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of Customer Database
• Monthly turnover information for all Customers
• Creation of Business Plans by Customer detailing key information and objectives to increase turnover
• Identifying up-selling opportunities for existing and new customers
• Product knowledge
• Creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations
• Building key relationships with all Customers
• Cross selling of all products, Staircase and Timber
• Creation of Marketing Plan on future Literature and Website
• Development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Product development opportunities
• Arrangement of Hotels when required
• Completion of expenses and mileage forms on a monthly basis

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

• In depth experience within the staircases and timber industry
• Strong communication, influencing and networking skills
• Ambitious, driven and personable
• Self-motivated including planning and organising
• Driven and passionate
• Target driven
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Full UK driving licence

PACKAGE AND NUMERATION

• Market annual salary £30 – £33k per annum
• Monthly commission / bonus scheme
• Company car with fuel card
• Laptop, printer and mobile phone
• Option to join company pension scheme
• Private health care
• 20 days annual holiday (allowance for Christmas to be taken)
• Your normal working hours are 8:00am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday
• Expenses paid for agreed requirements
• Company Uniform provided (5 shirts)
